Thanks to all ,i did work successfully on g4 devic to unlock

Again i confused..
After reboot the IPL version is : 2.21.0001 and the SPL is 2.21.olip

But in wizard service tool ,read CID block then showing phone is CID locked
any idea...ist really CID unlocked......confused,,,,
advice need.............

its unlocked now, maybe you are using a old version of wizard service tools before cid unlock exist.

but for sure is unlocked
