I picked up my lovely new touch diamond in Edinburgh at the weekend and have had nothing but trouble since!
I have owned 5 htc handsets in the past and always thought i could solve any problem i had with them by using a bit of common sense and google. Not this time.
It began when i copied a folder of music onto the internal storage and noticed it was skipping throughout playback as if the file was corrupt.
Since that night i have tried copying to the root of the internal storage, copying from different computers and clearing the internal storage from the settings panel on the phone.
The music still skips or gives me errors during the copy.
....this morning it got worse.
I tried to format from "my computer", after being almost finished it gave an error saying it could not be completed and now my internal storage is completely gone on the phone and makes XP hang when connected as "USB mass storage".
le sigh
any help would be apreciated guys!
