Nike Screen Peeling Off?! Help anyone?

Hi, I have a HTC Touch Dual, and the screen has been acting funny lately. So I thought it was the screen protector. After I removed the Screen protector, the screen, yes the screen that's glued to the casing, is now peeling off. Anyone with this problem before? Can anyone help? Btw, warranty's over.
