A little overhwelmed....

Now, i've done flashing before - i've had a vogue for a while. I'm gettin the Dual for its 3G.

I'd like to flash a ROM, however i'm a bit overwhelmed - and concered. Are there any step-by-step threads to exactly what is needed?

I see that Radio 1.65 and SPL 1.22 is needed for most, but i'm not finding any tutorials on how to ensure that's done.

Also, i've noticed that there aren't various roms for various carriers, like I've seen with the vogue. If I'm will Bell Canada, can I use any ROM?

1、取下sim卡和内存卡 take out your sim card and TF card.
2、连接ＵＳＢ数据线，确保手机已经和电脑同步 Connect your phone to pc using usb port ,make sure your ActiveSync is running!
3、复制sspl-1.16.exe进入手机，然后运行它，大约1分钟以后就会显示“USB”连接的字样 Copy sspl-1.16.exe to your phone, then install, and then （about one minute or later） your phone will display "USB" connected
4、.拔下数据线，然后再插入数据线 reconnect your phone (disconnect and to connect<sorry,my english is badly>)
5、刷hardspl-1.16.nbh通过flash-hardspl中的ROMUpdateUtility.exe
using ROMUpdateUtility.exe to flash-hardspl (package:hardspl-1.16.nbj)
6、进三色瓶看到NIKI200 MFG SPL-1.16.Hord CPLD-4
Turn off your phone and Open bootloader，you will see "NIKI200 MFG SPL-1.16.Hord CPLD-4
"

You must download Flash Package first!

1、首先确定你的机器已经硬解。
Make sure your phone is unlocked!
2、下载rom文件到本地计算机。(包RUU_signed.nbh)
Down load rom file to your pc.(Flash package RUU_signed.nbh)
3、手机进三色瓶，连接USB，手机屏幕上会显示USB字样。
Open bootloader screen, and connect usb to your pc。the screen will display "USB" word!
4、运行PC上的CustomRUU.exe。
Run CustomRUU.exe
5、不停地点击下一步一直到最后OK。
Next to Next untill the flash thread end!
