Who do I have to pay and how much?!!

I need a custom ROM for my HTC Imagio. Of course its a Verizon phone which makes it a CDMA phone a well. I am willing to pay $500 or more for a custom version of the HTC Sense or LEO ROM. It can be the very same ROM that comes on the phone but with a different version of Touch Flo3D. I just want my Touch flo to look like it does on all of the LEO ROMS!!!!! So who do I have to pay and how much?!!!

I thought about posting this in the proper section but since there is no "section" for the Imagio or its ROM Development then where exactly would that be?

Also I understand that this site is about knowledge and not money but I know that this work takes a certain amount of time and skill and I would feel better if I could help someone a little for taking the time to help me. Its just who I am.
