P3600 - what's latest win6.5 builld?

I heard that HTC and all OEM got the final build for 6.5,
i am using 21815 with Titanium for P3600 its really super but sure not with the final UI added to recent builds I saw you guys posting which is really great SUPER work,
Anyone know what's the latest stable build and is the final RTM build out yet? :):)
