OMNIA DEAD while upgrading

Can anyone help me revive my Omnia? I was in the middle of the Upgrading when suddenly the unit hanged up and when I tried to power ON my unit, it's already dead. Help me please. I sent it to local technicians here in PH but they said they can't repair it because the trend here in our country is stucked in Nokia and SE phones.

Your only solution is JTAG or official Samsung repair. :(

I am curious about the Bootloader Repair Tool for OMNIA which was uploaded on other sites. Anyone have tried it?
