hello.. i got a really big problem... i recently acquired my htc wizard from my cousin.. at first, it is easy to use... i hard reset it to clear the data that are saved... after few hours, i soft reset the wizard because i changed my settings... but when its opened, its stuck in the windows 6 logo... i tried resetting it several times but it didnt work.. could someone help me with this problem? im new with this kind of thing and i dont know how to fix this.. could someone tell me step by step plz??? anything that u will mention will be new to me... please teach me... thankz a lot! plz send me the message to azhea_cabigting@yahoo.co.uk
