Screen with black marks??

Hi,
I bought an used phone and it has some black spots on the screen , no dead pixel only some part darker then others.
Can you tell me if it is possible to fix it ?
Do I need a new lcd screen ?
Is it possible to change it withput specialt solder?

Sounds more like the Digitizer some times you can gently massage the black spots out to the edge of the screen.You dont need any solder to replace there attached by a ribbon cable.But beware taking your phone apart is not for the faint hearted.
