Need Help:Titanium Weather has error when I update

Dear all
My rom includes Titanium Weather v3.1.3, I set locaton :ASI|CN|CH004|XIAMEN, when I updated weather will display a error:
String not closed(missing quote) Line 1 (\Program files\TitaniumWeather\TitaniumWeather.mscr): d = "?

So, could every help me to resolve this issue?
