Hi guys, I have a trinity for a few years and never had a problem whit the rom update process. Now I want to restore to a Rom that already was installed on my device and never had any problem, but when I try to start the update process it goes until 1% and a message appear on the update utility "the image file is corrupted. Please check your Update Utility". I don't know what to do anymore. This rom was used before and it's in perfect conditions. Now I tryed with another rom's but I have the same problem. Can someone help me on this?? Thanks in advance.

hi, try to flash an original shipped rom and then any rom you like, or try to flash via sd

You'll need to use the SPL exploit to reset it so you can reapply a ROM

HI

I have no problem to update my p3600 until 2 days ago.
My mobile suddenly stopped working and when I tried to reboot it, it showed me the screen where I have to tap to set the screen....but it didn't work.

I made an hard reset and now my mobile is working, but if try to connect to pc to start an update ROM it stays always on Serial.

The usb port is working (if I connect the mobile windows recognized it and I can surf in it).

Do you think I need to do the exploit too?
