Packages Tutorial Needed...

I was thinking that someone should write a tutorial about what every package inside SYS folder does and if that package could be removed safely or not. I'm willing to start one but my knowledge is limited as i am a new cook...I'm open to suggestions about what this tutorial should be like...

I just found that wiki page earlier and I have been updating it for over an hour now.
