How to install cooked rom for atom v?

Hi all,

I owned a Atom V handset and I noob at upgrading rom for my phone.

I download a "MWG AtomV WM6.5 M2D CE OS 21822 (Build 21822.5.0.40)" rom from PDAGismo. When i unzip the file there are 1 *.nbo and 1 Extended rom folder.

May I know how do i proceed from here to upgrade my phone to this new rom? Please advice.

just copy the file and folder to root folder of your memory card, then restart the device to bootloader mode by press down and hold the Volume button and then press Reset.
