BA Not charging and keep restarting!

hi everyone..
this is my first post to this forum.

i have bought BA(SPV M2000) 3 months ago.. it was working fine..
:)
about a week ago it use to start and then then go off... so i thought it might be battery.... bought a new one....

now using the new battery but the problem is that when i connect it to usb charging the red light comes on...sometimes it keep flicking... and sometimes BA start and get into Boot loader mood and then go off... dont know wat exactly the problem is....:rolleyes:
thinking to change the Usb charger now...:eek:

i have used the wallcharger now... the pda is starting well and working ok... but when i check the Battery option... its showing only internal battery.. and not the battery on the back... so can some one tell me wats the problem...
