What would you suject as the best Bluetooth headset to work well with the Universal / exec?

i have got a Jabra BT200

but cant get it to connect / pair

I have Jabra BT 2020 and I have no problem pairing it with Uni. However, after being paired I do have a problem with the distance, as it has to be very close to the Uni for it to work well... I can't even have it on the other side of my body.
