POLA100 WHILE UPDATE ERROR

I USE THIS ROM UPDATE GOING ON ......1%....THEN SHOW ERROR

ERROR 294 INVALID VENTER ID .......

NEXT WHAT CAN I DO PLS HELP

when you go into bootloader what does the screen say exactly. Even easier take a pic and then we can see exactly wtf has gone wrong here...

Bootloader is bottom two buttons + reset hole (if you dont know :rolleyes:)

Also have you got hard-spl on it? (If you do will help A LOT)

also that could be the hong-kong version of the wwe rom where are you from (country or where did you buy the device from) could be why as it is not intended for that rom update.

Try the one from the HTC site itself (download it again with YOUR device numbers)

Well hopefully one bit if that makes some sense and is on the way to solving the problem.
