HTC S621 WM Kavana 6.1 cheap data plan in Toronto On rogers ?

I was wondering if there is a way to get rogers $8 dollar a month regular pay as you go cellular Data to work on Kavana 6.1 on S621 in Toronto area, or is there a hack like for the $5.99 month t-mobile data hack ?

LoL so not one person knows if there is eh.. lol i was wondering cause there is a email web msn pay as you go 8$ month cellphone internet, but they dont allow it on smartphones so they ''say'' lol i should get the plan added on to my pay as u go plan and see if it'll work if not ill just use it for another 800 mins @ 1 cent, so no one has any opinions. ?
