Yea im probably like the biggest noob on this website but can somebody tell me how and where i can upgrade my touchflow cause right now im still on the default version

best way imo is flash a new rom which includes the new version. there are many how-to's & helpers already out there. check out ppcgeeks for CDMA related stuff or feel free to hit me up if u have any questions

where can i find the rom i went to ppcgeeks and it said the server was to busy

Try again, i would suggest intxrom or energyrom both are amazing and include 2.5
