Why don't any apps know about my headset?

I've got a Samsung WEP350 bluetooth ear piece for my phone. It works great for phone calls, but I can't direct any other sound to the thing. I'd like to be able to listed to music, or audio from websites/videos through it. Is there a way to do that?

Go into your Bluetooth device settings and be sure that all the functions are enabled.
