Can´t change the color background in SPB MS 3

I don´t know if the problem is for the ROM or the program SPB Mobile Shell 3, but the background is blue and when I try to change it to black or another, nothing happens.

I have the ROM PDAVIET V83.

Sorry, I cant seem to understand what you mean.
You are trying to change the wallpaper for SPB Mobile Shell right? They have an option to change that in their menu, you cant do that thru start -> settings -> today.

I don´t have any problem changing the wallpaper, the problem is when i try to change the color of the "theme" its always blue also in the carrousel everything is blue, i go to the option of the theme and change the color but nothing happens it still blue.
