Another radio question..

Is there an upgrade guide for noobs. I recently upgraded my phone to wm6.5 but the radio is 3.42.30 and I get terrible reception and static. I know that upgrading might not fix this, but its worth a shot. If there isn't a guide, where are the files at and how to flash the radio, and is there a way to upgrade the radio without flashing the phone? Thanks!

How to:

- Place the .nbh file on a SD Card (2GB or less), FAT32, Allocation Unit Size 1024 bytes.
- Put phone Bootloader mode (Power+camera+reset), the phone will upload the radio automatically.

What radio version is there in that rapidshare link?i have come across a thread in ppcgeeks about a radio 3.42.40 and the user reports of significant improvement in signal.but i think this said version is ported from a mogul.so wont there be any issue if it's flashed to a vogue?has anybody used this radio on vogue?if yes,please report back here.
