Help with WIZA200 upgrade

Hi Guys,

I have a WIZA200 (Telstra Australia Version) with ipl 2.21.0001 & spl 2.21.olip on it.

I need to upgrade to WM6 and need to know what file I need to get and english version that is stable.

Please help!!!:)
