ipod touch file transfer back to PC

Hello,
Last week, I've noticed a thread about file transfer from the ipod touch to the PC and kept the URL, but now it says the thread is invalid.

Does anyone know if it was moved, or could someone please give me some info about it?

I can't seem to find any good info on google about it. (some can do it manually song by song.. but that's not really an option)

I hope I'm not posting on the wrong forum, for this subject..
