WM6.5 Titanium Speed suddenly fast then slow again

My Titanium on WM6.5 on my HTC Hermes has always been a little laggy. It's usable, just you can notice there is lag. Last night when using Mobipocket reader, moving some files around on my storage card as well as installing Titanium Weather Plugin, Titanium suddenly became fast. When I dragged the sider the movement was immediate with no lag whatsoever.

This morning I decided to uninstall mobipocket reader because I didn't like it and also uninstalled titanium weather plugin, now it's back to its previous laggy state.

Any ideas? I really don't think having those programs installed could've made it fast.

The Titanium Weather plugin really could be the reason since it's modifying the Titanium files. I would try and install it again, and if your Titanium is running fine again but you don't want the Weather plugin then you can easily disable it (not uninstall it) with a few registry keys (or CHome Editor tool or something)

Didn't solve it unfortunately but I did flash a new ROM (unofficially called 6.5.1) and along with being a spectacular upgrade it's also now even faster than what I experienced - and of course all the time too.
