Newbie on forum

Hi guys, Im new on the forum. I have a TYTN2 or Kaiser as I see U call it...

I see alot of interesting things here but dont know where to start... could someone please assist on how & where I could install touchflo on my phone...

Before you do anything else, you should aquaint yourself with the Kaiser Wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Kaiser) article, read the announcement at the top of this forum, and read the stickies at the top of this forum, and the Kaiser General (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=377) forum, also at the top of this forum. This will help you get to know the forum rules, and answer many basic questions that people have when they first come here. In the case of TouchFLO 2D, one of the stickies contains full instructions on how to install it and contains all files needed.
