Htc vodafone hera200

Hello friends.
I have vodafone htc hera200.(hera 200 on written on back sticker.)
the moment i turn on only white light on display.no other function possible.hang on white light only .
I am new for htc brands.where can i get software for this/rom upgrade.
I use window xp on my pc.
Pl.help.
