I have a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG PROBLEM with my excalibur!!!

i install the lastes room of kavana and my excalibur dont go.... i switch on it but... in the screen remain only the write : WINDOWS MOBILE!! i try to let it in this condition for 1 day and it dont go anyway.. i hope i explain my problem and i hope that you can say me an way how to resolve this....

probably not cid unlocked or you have the wrong version of radio. try hard resetting it and see if that works.

Flash a stock rom and read carefully the STICKY in the first thread of this page/forum. You will find your answer, you only need some time for reading.:)

When a forum member requests help to "resucitate" his phone the nice thing to do is what you did: send the user DIRECTLY to where help is.

And before any moderator jumps to tell me about forum rules: YES, I have read them.

If someone comes asking for a better looking icon or some other cosmetical stuff, and you know a search will quickly yield a million answers by all means send user to search.

I'm not talking on behalf of the mods and can only state my opinion with regards to threads and posting, if 100's of people do not read the STICKY and just post the same question what do they learn apart from that a post will be answered by someone, so no self gratification & no learning involved, over the last year or so many of us on the Excailbur forum have put things together so as to stop the situation mentioned above.

But i also do understand how a link is the appropriate action or @ least a point in the right direction :)

Helo my friend, can you try this??

With the Excalibur turned off (remove the batery for 5 seconds to restart the device settings and remove the SD card), hold the camera button and press the on/off (hust press, not hold like ou do to turn the device on or off)...
If it works, the screen will turn a colored screen, in that, plug the Excalibur on your PC, a message will appear on the back of scree show "usb' and te sound of ActiveSync will be hearead, but ActiveSync will not be started...

With a stock Rom (Shiped HTC Rom), make the flash of device...
If everything goes ok, your device is now an stock one, and you can make the flash of Kavana's Rom following the instructions (SDA unlock is very very important to a flash go well, pay attention in this).

If you don't have a stock Rom, this link could help you with this issue, lookfor your device rom in there and made it well
