bluetooth problem

I install WM 6.5 it works good except bluetooth and IrDA. Via bluetooth I can send picture, but I can not recive picture. IrDA is not working at all. Any idea how to fix this problem?TKS:)
P.S Very low memory, how to impruve it.Clean memory is not helpfull.
