Text Message Sent Notices?

I'm using an LG Incite with the Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM. Every time I send a text, the phone sends itself a message as "System Administrator" saying that the message was sent. Also, before that message I get another notification that it was sent, but no text. Its just a thing popping up saying "Message sent".

Is there any way to turn that off? Its very annoying. I found one site that showed you can edit the registry to disable that. I have Total Commander which came with the ROM. Its supposed to be able to edit registry, but I don't see anywhere to do it.

Any help would be very much appreciated :D

Have you tried using advanced config to make those changes? It may have been included with your ROM, but if not, search for it on xda (3.3 is latest version i think)... Cheers.

In Total Commander tap the ... at top right. Next double tap \\Plugins (file://\\Plugins), then double tap Registry.

Then you want HKLM which is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
