Not sure if I understand your situation. Do you mean to tell that your speaker(s) and camera work fine in 6.1 but do not work in 6.5?

For as far as I know HTC doesn't have a 6.5 rom update available (yet?) and if you want to run the risk of using one of the cooked versions, you may find some hurdles to jump...

You are using bad Radio ROM... Use correct version of radio and you´ll be without this problems. The right Radio ROM is recommended in thread from ROM are you using...

Download the right radio version to PC, extract files from zip and run exe file. Its like ROM flashing.
