A program to set time by atomic clock

Hello everyone. A question. In Windows I'm sure everyone is familiar with the fact that you can set your computer's clock to keep exact time by automatically checking in with the atomic clock in Colorado. Is there a program for Windows Mobile, or for cell phones in general that does this? Every once in a while my phone's clock goes a little bit off, and it would be great if it would randomly automatically set itself to the Colorado clock. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
