Hi can anyone help I tried to update my SPVM2000 halfway through the update I received a message to check cables to my computer which I did this stoped the download ,I am now left with a phone with nothing on it ,I can not even turn it on or off I have inserted a new charged batery Removed and replaced the sim card with no result I contacted orange who were a total waste of time
They told me If I was a member of Orange I could ring them, But as I am not a member I have no idea what I can do to recover the phone .can anyone Help
