HTC P4350 i cant star my phone anymore!!!

Firstly i was trying to update from WM 6.0 to 6.1 but i didnt manage it..
after several times i decided to update to HTC HERALD UPDATE TylerC161 Wing Kit its like new skin but i damaged everything..

So when decided install, and installation was happening i touched the screen (in the rules was written dont touch the screen during installation) and i guess because of it i damaged the my windows...

What can i do now?

Now i have just HTC letters shining on my screen then it is starting and nothing happends..

If im trying to run new ROM from bootloader on 3 % i have an error
("ERROR [270] : UPDATE ERROR The image file is corrupted. Please check your Update Utility"
And EXIT.)

and i think it is becouse of CID locked, my phone came from Turkey and its written on him Turkcell..

What can i do ?
Please Help :(

Maybe it is possible to unlock cid code from bootloader.exe ? without ACTIVESYNC?

I know that page and i did all instructions looking to this page, but i did a mistake with touching screen and i dont know what to do now, maybe someone can give me right and exact link to solve my problem?

Today i spend about 5 hours read this page and i downloaded alot of roms and nothing is heppening its always giving me an error on 3 %, or on 1 %.
