View Full Version : How to downgrade from WWE 3.04 to WWE 3.03 ?

Hello,

i have saw this uninstallation, but have something i dun understand, so any one please help me.

Uninstallation
*Enter bootloader mode on device (Press POWER + CAMERA + RESET, you will see Serial/USB at top and 1.0X at bottom)
*Connect via USB to PC
*Install ORIGINAL 1.12 or 1.13 ROM. No big storage etc. Install original one!!
[YOU *MUST* REPLACE ROMUpgradeUt.exe TO MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe]
*Now you can flash any other old custom roms.
NOTE: This is ONLY ONE right instruction how to uninstall my rom, otherwise you can have problems with new rom.

the highlighted part i don't know where to get the original.
anyone can guide me on more in detail how to downgrade ?

Just install WWE 3.03 ROM. I did it on my magician (problem with 3.04 and SAMSUNG touchscreen) and it works fine.

just flash 3.03 just like you flash 3.04..

how about downgrade to wm2003 ROM? where i can get the original ROM for magician? I have been searching only to find broken links... can someone post link for Original ROM? Thank you in advance!

I hope this would help, I've found the Original wm2003 ROM in other forum, I've downgraded sucessfully after installing Cotulla's WWE 3.03 ROM on my Magician.

I downloaded the ROM from teguhokta and used MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe, but I always get this error message:

I downloaded the ROM from teguhokta and used MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe, but I always get this error message:

Please note that you can extract the .exe and be sure that you wont use the included ROMUpgradeUt.exe. Use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe instead. You can get it from here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=MagicianRomUpgrade.
