i know this has probably been asked before but is it possible to flash an android rom onto a vogue

It's possible, but there are no ROMs. If you looked a few threads down, you would see this...

For the most part the devs have set that issue aside. There's no bootloader for linux on the vogue. Another route that was taken was to have a minimal Windows Mobile Rom with Haret and the the Android Image on the phones internal flash. The problem with that is Android would start corrupting the Windows portion of the Flash memory on the phone. It was then decided that it would be more useful to get more of the features on Android running better, like GPS tracking and Velocity, MMS, Full Bluetooth before revisiting the flashable ROM issue.

so far your best bet would be to save some $$ and buy a real android phone.
