Dopod C800 ROM issues

Hi all,

Silly me, dont know what happen. It used to be dopod c800 with WM5. Updated the rom to WM6 and become P4350.After a while, very eager to put WM6.1 but i flashed with Elfin's Toch Flo ROM. I also not sure whether i have hardspl it or not. Check into bootloader my IPL 4.17.0001 and SPL 4.17.0000.
Now i am stuck, as it cannot turn onto hardspl (if not yet) cannot turn on to remove hardspl (if alredy spl). Already try RUU many roms but failed. Pls help me.

Well if you managed to actually flash an Elfin ROM, your device is most definately bricked completely. Thats a ROM for a completely different device that is 100% not compatible with the Herald.

really? i've try to flash original dopod C800 RUU via SD card (rename .nbh to heraimg.nbh) but update fail. Also try to make a gold card using other mobile http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=417930 but stuck when other mobile security's locked. try to unlock security using Device Security Manager PowerToy for Windows Mobile 5.0 but that craps cannot detect the phone.
What to do now? throw it away? :(

Manage to power up and then LIVE as usual.

what i did: (tq to poppamops)
1. Find working HTC
2. 512mb SD card
3. QMAT software (google and install it)
4. Insert ypur sd in working HTC then run QMAT. You should see "create goldcard" in one of the tab.
5. After that, flash it to your "dead" htc via storage card. That's all. TQ
