No attach with GSM

Hey,

I've got a problrm with my Polaris on GSM :
16 month after buying, sometimes the GSM was not attach on network... and now never.
Except after an upgrade of the ROM, one time find GSM and no more !

Do you have an idee ?

Upgrade of ROM? So what ROM are you using now? And radio version?

I found How to edit my signature ;-)

Is it my Operator who bloqued my HTC ?
I had an abonnement on 24 months but was unemployed and change for an MVNO... (I Was technician in Vodaphone SFR at Paris)
How can i change the ID of the HTC ?!? is this my problem ?

Also i think a long time it's my GSM module out of order...

Is that original radio driver from that ROM? It has suspituosly high number...

With radio 1.59.42.15 i can not desactive GSM !
GPS and wifi OK !

1/ WM 6.1 Cruise : install 5 different ROM Radio (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=379599)
2/ WM 6.5 Cruise Beta (Not pretty for me...)
3/Downgrade Polaris in WM 6.1 with ROM Radio 1.59.46.12 (only !)

Waouw ! it still work, no more bug ;-)
But my firsts problem is still there : no GSM attach in Vodaphone SFR LeclercMobile !

Any one as an idea ?

I've already the same issue with my Polaris / Orbit 2.
It worked for many months perfectly but then sometimes the SIM detection was unsucessful and lateron the SIM access was completely lost. In that time I used my Polaris with the original O2 ROM with WM6.
After deciding to send it to O2 in case of warranty I installed the new O2 WM6.1 Update and it worked properly for nearly 4 weeks. Then this issue came back.
Several soft- and hardresets has make me unsure what to do. Because sometimes it works, sometimes not. For me it is a clear sign for a software issue, not for a hardware defect. In case of a hardware defect, it might be completely have lost the SIM access, and not only partially.

I've installed the following programs:
SPB MobileShell 3.5, SPB Diary & Phone Suite, SPB Backup, MS Voice Command, PCM Keyboard, PCM Image Viewer, S2U2, MS .NET 3.5, TT7

ROM: 3.13.207.0 GER
Radio: 1.59.42.15

Does anybody knows a solotion forthis issue?
Perhaps a bug-free radio ROM? I actually don't want to flash an other ROM because of the warranty of the device.
Next year we can talk about "quick and dirty tuning".....
