please need help with updating radio

ok im trying to update my radio from a 1 gb sd card by the way its radio 3.42.50 and i put the VOGUIMG.NBH on the sd card and when i press power+camera+reset it goes to the screen with colors and after like a second it says "no image found"

Make sure the card ISN'T SDHC and that it is FORMATTED TO FAT32

Any other format will NOT work.
