Please Help * Urgent* HTC Touch (P3452)

Hello Experts here,
I just Purchased a HTC Touch with
Touch FLO 1.0 & Windows Mobile 6.1
Model :P3452;

Memory : ROM 256 MB
RAM 128 MB

1 GB External Card.

Here is Device info:::
ROM : 3.07.720.03 WWE
ROM Date : 10/25/2008
Radio : 03.34.90
Protocol Version : 4.1.13.71

I need to know ____

1) can i install Windows Mobile 6.5 with Stable Touch FLO ( if any ROM please Let me know)

2) I am facing problem with TATA DOCOMO GSM Card.
I cant Get incomming call or SMS;
I found the Phone does not have Operator info.

i think a NEW ROM Can fix this ?

Please help me to fix this issue .

1. Your mobile is termed in this forum as Elfin. You can install WM 6.5. There are n number of cooked ROM available in this forum. Choose the one which suits you. Onyx, SX etc.,
2. Try another SIM card. If it works, then the problem is with DOCOMO. New ROM doesnt fix these type of issues. AFAIK.
