arte200 not restoring

i am new to this forum. my arte200 only shows bootloader. on bootloader it shows;
IPL: 1.25.0001
SPL: 1.25.0000

i searched in this forum and downloaded many roms but all not helping. some stop at 1%, 3% and 6%. i downloaded the uspl but it doesnt help since phone can only be in bootloader.

can someone recommend me a rom to unbrick this phone?

You must use a S-SPL (Software-SPL) or H-SPL or (Hardware-SPL)

Go to upgrade section for Artemis to find uSPL

i have already downloaded the uspl but it seems it cannot be used with phone in bootloader. but my phone can only enter bootloader. any other idea?
