please help me for my battery problem

i have problem with my battery
when my battery charge become lower than 15persent for my call and ringing my phone to call the pda hanging and restart
i change pda rom but have this problem again
thank alot again

When the battery goes below 15% some of the phones operations especially calling and internet will not work or will only work briefly.

The reason is that the phone is conserving power so that you do not lose any data.

It does not matter what ROM you flash the phone will always react this way
