Well upgraded to 6.5 with hardSPL 3.29, radio 1.71.09.01 and now I am getting some problems.
Initally, after a VERY long boot time the phone was up and working. Then for some reason it just shut down. I eventually got it to boot up again, but it initialized and wiped all of my data.
Now either I can not get past the initial boot screen -
Radio reported as 1.71.09.01
Protocol reported as 25.75.40.02
rom reported as 3.Abusalza
Any ideas?

for the umpteenth time, chefs of most WM6.5 ROMs REQUIRE you to flash "stock" ROM before flashing the WM6.5 ROM, even if you are flashing one WM6.5 ROM on top of another. otherwise, you will likely face hard resets even though you never attempted a hard reset. it is written there in the FAQs of nearly every WM6.5 ROM in the kaiser ROM development section for good reason!
if you didn't try it because you didn't read the FAQ, shame on you! if you did try it, you should have mentioned it when starting this new thread. finally, this question best belongs in the thread of the ROM you are using (you seem to be using one of abusalza's excellent "PDA-Corner" series ROMs judging from the very limited information you've posted).
also, see my advice along the same lines in this thread:

I have experienced like u but after I flash stock ROM first, hard reset never happen again.
Important steps:
1. Flash OEM (stock ROM)
2. Flash Dave's 3.34
3. Flash radio 1.70.xx.xx
3. Flash WM6.5 ROM
4. Hard reset to avoid problems afterwards
