I can see applications, but dan't download

I am using 1.6, and I can click download, but it only ever says starting download. I have rebooted, reloaded all files, tried different GMail accounts and tried registered new accounts. It's not working :(.

sometimes it happens... try to download 3 or 4 apps at same time
