OK, long story short. I've got an Alltel 6900 flashed with nfsfans rom and set up for Verizon. I'm activated on Page Plus Cellular. For some reason, I'm not sure why, the phone will still dial up on the alltel network and I can get data. When I bought the phone from the previous owner, he said that he had the account deactivated, but data still worked. I have to go into the pst and basically put the old phone number @alltel.net, and alltel for the password. I can surf the web for free with this setup. I've checked it against my page plus account, and when I dial up via the alltel settings, I get no data charges. If I set it up with my phone number at vzw3g.com and vzw as the password in the dun settings, I see that I am charged data. So..... my question is "Can I use the alltel dial up network settings, to retrieve and send MMS messages on my verizon flashed phone on Page Plus?" Everything else works, GPS, SMS, phone, etc... I have tried doing the Arcsoft MMS provisioning thread, deleting connection settings, then reprovisioning the file, but I can't seem to get mms to work. I haven't had success doing it via Alltel or Verizon dialup. I plan to use the alltel data as long as it works for me, so if I have to give up MMS, for free data, then so be it. I just wondered if somewhere in the MMS settings, MMS is tied to the phone number and cannot be retrieved through a different dun setting. This is my first post on here, I've been reading for a couple months, and have set up both a 6800 and 6900 from the info on here. You guys are a great asset, and thank you all!
