How to automate call forwarding by schedule ?

I'm looking for a program (for WM6.1 - HTC HD) which will allow me to schedule call forwarding.
E.g. my provider (T-Mobile) USA gives me free 500 minutes for CONDITIONAL call forwarding. So when I'm in office, I could use them and forward incoming cell calls to my office phone.

Sure I can do it manually everyday by sending something like
**004*+<country_code><phone_number># [SEND] (all conditional forwarding) e.g. **004*+13115552368#
and at the end of the day
##004# [SEND] (cancel all conditional forwarding)

But this is too much trouble to remember.

So ... is there any program which will help me with that ?
