[REQ] Yahoo Fantasy Football App [Windows Phone]

Umm…Yahoo only released Fantasy Football apps for Blackberry and the iPhone and I am quite sure that there would be a lot of people interested in a solid app for WM. If there is someone interested in creating or porting such an app I would be more than happy to donate to such a project.

Important Functions


Ability to track multiple leagues at the same time
Ability to see real time score updates
Ability to pickup/drop players
VGA Support

If someone is willing to develop such an app…I will start a bounty and also get community input as to which other features would be important.

Please only post here if you are a developer that is interested in creating such an app or if you are an end user that would donate if an app were created.

I would like this but the mobile site is actually pretty good. My friend has the yahoo fantasy football app for the iphone and it kinda sucks. you can do way more mb going to the fantasy mobile site. If someone wanted to put in the time to develop a good fantasy football app that would be cool though.

The mobile site is blah...yeah it works...but it is ugly and the UI...is blah

My firend also has the iPhone app and they just updated it yesterday and it rocks...you can do it all on that app now...it has came a long way.

P.S. Don't get me wrong the iPhone sucks!

I do and don't agree. The m.yahoo.com/fantasy site seems to work pretty good for me. How would you want to change it? the site's readable, and seems pretty simple to move around. I'm all for the app, even if it's because my friends in my league have it...

I would love this for all Yahoo! Fantasy Sports. I am an avid player of Baseball, Football AND Hockey and would dearly love an app for this.

Not that it's germane to this forum but I'd dearly love to see a similar app for Media Center as well. Alas...

i agree yahoo and many other major sites and companies drop the ball when it comes to creating apps everyone makes apps for iphone and BB because wm devicesget no love witch i understand to a point the earlier wm devices werent very good but now especially with htc devices they have finally started to click. Im dting for a yahoo fantasy app like the one for the iphone. all these companies piss me off by not making wm apps but not enought for me to get a fucking pos iphone

I'm sad that this thread died. In hopes that ANYBODY cares about Fantasy Sports and can write an app, there are people willing to pay for it. At least I am.
