As an example... T-mo Data Plan... FREE?

So, let's say that I managed to get the proxy settings to make my Dash go wap without the data plan, am I gonna get caught? As in, do they do checks and is it easy to spot me? If so what happens? Am I in trouble? Thank you.

Well might as well tell you now. I changed my proxy settings to this proxy I found on a site, thing WORKED! But only for about 30 minutes. When I tried again, it didnt work and IE only had the page showing that I have to get the data plan.
