Sorry, but there's no way you can flash a custom ROM onto a Zii Egg at this time. All the instructions and tools for flashing custom ROMs on this website are designed for HTC manufactured devices, and are not applicable to those made by other companies.

Though you're probably not going to find a way to flash custom ROMs, I'd recommend searching the internet for forums based around Creative manufactured devices, such as the Zii Egg. You'll get proper support at a site specializing in your device. Hope that helps
