Touch Pro 2 Flashing

Hello there. So I have been reading on how to flash a Touch Pro 2.

The Version I have is the Unlocked T7373. Serial # HT96xxxxxxxxx

I have downloaded HardSPL from here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550131

The ROM I intend to use is here - http://htcpedia.com/ruu_rhodium_s_htc_europe_wm65/soft/htc-rhodium-rom.html?page=1

My question is will this version of Hard SPL work with my phone. And after I flash it all I have to do is sync the phone with my desktop and run the rom update ?

I saw a guy brick his phone here so I dont want to do that. Thanks in advance.

As long as your phone is GSM and not CDMA that is the Hardspl.

Just read and follow these steps and you will not brick your phone . mskip is the man when it comes to handholding noobs during their first flash. Just follow the steps and the links and happy flashing

Much thanks for your advice man. The flash worked. Now my question is if i flash a wrong rom or cooked rom will it briick the phone. Can you give me a link to download a cooked rom? My phone is GSM. T7373. People post cooked roms but they dont post the exact version of the rom or for what phone it is for. Thanks again.

Once your phone is Hardspl'd it is near impossible to" brick it ".

Only flash roms from the rom development section in the Rhodium forum

All roms are posted in the phone forums they are meant for.

The Energy rom series is definitely the most popular, but twopumpchump is my favorite chef. Now that you are Hardspl'd try one or try them all until you decide for yourself which one you like best. Flash, live with it for a couple of days and then flash another. it will not hurt your phone. I have flashed mine hundreds of times.
