Help - need to find a new battery in Ottawa

Hi,
need some major help, I have just got of a plane in Ottawa and my battery has completely died. I got it wet at the weekend and thought it was ok.
Any idea were I can get a new battery from in Ottawa, I'm staying in the Westin if any body fancies leaving one of ;-).
I have tried all the shops in the mall attached to the Westin but no luck.

wet battery = bad

Will the phone power on while it is plugged in? you could always use it plugged in in your car in a pinch :)
